From 1st Dec '19 NZ post modified its customs acceptance of e-commerce parcels coming into the country. This change of approval process wasn't conveyed to Catch on the 19th of December '19.
It's possible that your order is being held back at the customs department for further checks. You can notice through tracking details that Catch did dispatch your order within the advertised time frame of 1-2 days, however the process change has affected the delivery times. At the moment, we are working closely with NZ Post to have all orders released as soon as possible. However, there is no guarantee that it will be received by Christmas.
